Looking for any feedback on Mirage speakers. I am purchasing a Pioneer Elite
VSX-94TXH to drive them. Just curious what you guys think about the Mirage name.

thanks

Mirage makes great speakers; whether they're for you is up to your ears.

Rnatalli is right. I have mirage speakers and I love their open immersive sound stage. I believe it makes things seem more realistic in my opinion. But their sound is very different then direct radiating speakers therefore it is really up to you. But I'll let you know that most places will allow a 30 day trial, I know that Crutchfield.com will and they will take the speakers back no questions asked and the shipping is on them. Hope this helps.

I don't like their subwoofers though

v2 sattelites

I use and enjoy the omnipolar v2 satellites. Very big soundstage, very well built, sound wonderful.

I have a pair of M760's and two pair of M260's that I bought back in 1989. They all still sound and look great.
I also have a pair of Omnisat v2 floorstanders, Omnisat v2 CC, and four Omnisat v2 sats. In my main system, I have four Omnican 6 in-ceilings for side and rear surrounds. All of the above are terrific.
Also in my collection are an S10 and S12 sub. Also terrific.
Can ya tell I'm a Mirage fan? :D

Most of the subs I've heard from Mirage weren't great, but there was one that sounded excellent. I wish I could remember the model.
