After the Britney story, this came in at second in the news. Good to know we have a sense of what's important. In any case, anyone have any deep thoughts about the results? I must say I wasn't too surprised by the republican result, but the democratic results made me throw some assumptions out the window.

This is just my opinion of course...

I habitually "throw my vote away" by voting independent. I have to say Obama is the only one of the 6 front runners who does not make me squirm at the mere thought, even thought I don't really agree with his policies.

I don't understand why the "experts" were taken back by the turn of events. Iowa logically would go to Osama, New Hampshire will go to Hillary.

I didn't think Obama would carry Iowa. I was waiting for Edwards to cause an upset. Not that I'd vote for him.

Yep. I attribute it to all that fresh air you just get in your head up der 'in Canda. I thought it a funny twist...play on words. I'm sure that mistake will be made many more times in the next 10 1/2 months.
