I got it on the cheap with my new Mits 65" DLP, but I wonder how many copies Netflix has? Last year when I wanted the Avia I DVD it was backordered forever from Netflix, I ended up going out and buying it....

I just registered for netflix a couple hours ago, and my new 42" Panny Plasma should be in on Monday. Couldn't have worked out any better. I just added the Avia 2 disc to the top of my queue, says it available now. This is great now I don't have to spend 40 bucks on it. Thanks!!!

I think the issue was me last year. They had 1 copy and I kept it for about 3 months:D

Filters not included

I just returned the disc. While I was able to calibrate contrast and brightness, I couldn't do the color (tint, hue) since the disc did not include the filters. Looks like I'll end up purchasing one anyway.

That's no good. I'm not against buying it but shouldn't be rented out like that.
It ain't right!:(

Exactly. I wonder if Netflix is aware that those filters are actually needed WITH the disc. As such, it's pretty much useless for video calibration but it's still good for audio calibration particularly for those with receivers that do not have the 'Auto Setup' function.

I don't know if any of you already have the first AVIA disc but it may be cheaper to just buy that one (it should be pretty cheap by now with a new AVIA disc already released) and then just use the filters from there. Also, you can probably go to any crafts store and pick up film material to make your own filter. I have the old AVIA disc and just plan to use filters from that one but I think it would be just as easy to pick up the material for making new ones at a craft store.
