Woman's shoes!

Need some input from you guys.

I was doing some electrical work in my wife's walk-in closet.
I had to move some clothes, and some of her shoes out of my way.
In doing so, noticed an inordinate amount of shoes.
I counted eighty five pairs!
This seems excessive to me.
I don't even want to mention the number of pocketbooks.

Just wondering how this compares to your wives or girlfriends, or life mates?
Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Luckily my wife doesn't have that disease. I'll feel your pain, but there are worse things. You want to start crap? Just ask how much each pair costs.

I can definitely relate. My wife doesn't have quite 85 pairs, but something around 40 would be accurate. Also noticed a lot of pocketbooks. Lets not even talk about jewelry. It's all good as you can use it as ammunition when you want to buy a new pair of speakers

That's not unusual. My wife was there once, too. I convinced her that she didn't need that many and she donated a bunch to charity, the diabetes society for their thrift shop in our case. I think she's down to about 35 pairs now.

Including my steel toes for work, my houseslippers and my waterproof boots for winter storms, I have maybe 6 pairs. Seems like plenty to me.

I dont know how many shoe's,purses & knick knack's my wife has,im just glad she dont look like an old hag & dress like a bum,as long as she looks good i dont give a hoot what she buys.

As long as it isn't hurting you financially, and it makes her feel good, dont worry about it.

How many can one wear at once is my response to those kind of suggestions that I need something.
Or, that my car is too old; it gets 40 mpg in the city, so I ask which car is a good replacement.

I have more shoes than my wife I think.

Two pairs of dress shoes, one black, one brown.

One pair of running/workout shoes

One pair of turf shoes for indoor flag football

One pair of semi dress Dr. Martens

One pair of adidas superstars for casual wear

One pair of nice leather sandals

One pair of all conditions type sandals

I cannot see the need for 85 pairs of shoes though. That is outrageous.

To each their own. We have audio, women have shoes.

A woman that sings in the vocal ensemble I run sound for has at least 80 pairs. Not only that, but when she dresses, everything, and I mean everything, including nail polish, bloomers, bra, earings, you name it, matches. She even matches when she is not going out, just hanging out at the house. Her husband says he has never seen her when she didn't. I know you all will go there, so, he says even when she is in the buff that she matches....him
