I'm building a new house with a dedicated HT, And need to sell my
Denon AVR-3806, it is flawless, come in original box with all manuals both remotes and setup mic, basically just as new. Comes from a smoke and pet free home. Less than 15 hrs of use on it.I kept them in a filtered and air temp controlled A/V cabinet.

The link you provided to Clint's review does not work, also that is a link to the AVR-4306, and as far as I can tell AH has never reviewed the AVR-3806. All that said, in as good as condition as you say it is with the box, manual, and remote/remotes, it is a good deal.:)

How difficult is this reciever to initially set-up? What would be your price with-out the GPS, I don't have use for a third.

I essentially have the older (pre-HDMI) version of this receiver, and currently use an HDMI switcher - which I am not thrilled about - to go back and forth among sat and dvd displaying on my hdtv.

I will take $500 with out the GPS.
On a scale from 1-10 I would say it was 8.5 on setup.
