With the thread going about snow. I thought maybe some of you guys could take some pictures. With Christmas right around the corner. I'm sure that there are some very pretty snow scenes. Even if you have some pictures of just the landscape snowed in, they would be much appreciated.

It's started, the first of two storms we have coming. I love it.

I tried to snow today, but I grabbed a piece of ice and crushed it in my hand looking at the clouds.

It then started raining.

We had a big storm last week and got quite a bit of snow on the tops of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa which are the two biggest mountains around here. Here's a pic I took with my phone yesterday. Quite a bit of the snow had melted since it came down last week but you can still see it at the top. The mountain in the pic is Mauna Kea. Kinda hard to see the snow though with the crappy camera. Those are clouds to the left.

I never got physical with the weather, maybe that is why it ignores me. I have always just shaken my fist at it, never seems to change what it does.

Wow. This really makes me want to snap a picture of my thermometer reading mid 80s next to a palm tree.

I will be attempting to end up at my parents house in DE for Christmas. I currently own one jacket that will get me through a 50 degree day... I highly doubt I will survive long in a frozen snowy environment. (born/raised in FL, saw snow 1 time... it was cold.)
