Wow. Someone sure spent a lot of time and energy in coming up with this much-needed list. Thanks hifi. I cannot stand the way things have gotten with these automated services these days. You spend half an hour or more trying to navigate your way through the multitude of options trying to reach a real human, and you may or may not ever get there. By the time I finally do get a live voice, I'm so frustrated that I come across as an angry caller before we've even said two words.
