He hit his wife. Can you imagine a guy that size hitting a woman!
After that, nothing about him is funny to me.

Tyson= the 3 Stooges rolled into one, pumped full of roids. That guy is a first class moron with the intelligence of a tree stump. He got what he deserved, losing sack of manure. Don King made him his chick, pimped him and took all his money, yeah Tyson was tough.

LOL. There is a reason it's the George Foreman grill instead of the Mike Tyson grill. The Mike Tyson grill would burn or undercook your food everytime and try to eat your children :D

It would also bite your leg, rape you, and chew your ear off.

The ear thing was a set up. They were rubbing bar-b-que sauce on Holyfield's ears inbetween rounds.:D

Is that in poor taste?

Anyone who tattoos Che and Mao on his body has got to be the dumbest tree stump in the world, no the universe.

Don King is nobody's chump. Don't forget that when the situation called for it good ole Don saw fit to kill a man. King is definetly tougher than Tyson, smarter and more ruthless too. While Mike's behaviors were out of control, Don's behaviors were calculated. Don King is the more frightening of the two.

I think Tyson could benefit from some sort of help where I think King is beyond help. Just my opinion.:)

I think they're both beyond help and neither two did anything to help the sport. Younger people are getting into mixed martial arts instead of boxing, there's more excitement, the Malouf brothers are the "Don Kings" of the sport, but they're smart, look how well they handle promotions and tv shows, they're all primers to sell their fights. Mixed martial arts are appealing to a broader audience icluding women, while boxing has lost ground. I use to love boxing now I don't bother, I'd rather see a good UFC match. I wonder when King will get into the MMA racket?

Betcha Holyfield will never say "You want a piece of me? again.

Yeah, Tyson was a crude, cruel, misogynistic killing machine who didn't deserve the fame his position offered. And, he totally squandered it.

He got what he deserved. Today, he's a laughing stock who has nothing to show for all the riches that passed through his hands, or so I'm told.

Now, thinking back to Cassius Clay/Muhammad Ali.... Ah, those were the days. Class, humor and a sense of humanity.

That was actually tough to watch. I know it's a compilation of the worast moments, but it's prettty clear that he's a very dangerous, spoiled, undisciplined child in a large man's body.

Ear.....the other, other, other meat.
LOL!:D Now that's just "almost" wrong.:D

I was never a sports fan until Tyson started knocking people unconscious in seconds. Then Cus died and Mike became an animal. Evander head butts Mike into a loss the first time. The second time around this animal is smart enough to see it happening again so he bites him. TWICE!. I know biting isn't right for boxing but head butting isn't right either. The ref was going to let this go on and on just like the it went on in the first fight. I thought everything was rigged to begin with and that proved it for me. Then the unthinkable happens. Mike says "NO!". If I were Mike, I'd have hit the ref (Miles Lane?) after messing up Evander and I'm only using his first name because I'm not sure how to spell his last name.

I saw the fight in a bar down your way. Boynton maybe. Regardless of the way I saw it, I knew enough to keep my opinions to myself because the crowd was pissed! I predicted that not only would he box again, we would all watch again. That was like wrestling but for real! I wanted to make him the president for not having any morals to keep him from doing the right thing.

In the end, even though I've been amused, I'm saddened. Waste is what I think of when it comes to Tyson.

I couldn't agree more. I used to watch boxing regularly, as I always enjoyed a good match between two good competitors, but Don King and the like ruined the sport. It became just another lousy, sleazy Vegas hussle, with eveyone's hand in the pot. Watching the UFC is like a breath of fresh air, although I wonder how long it will take before the same dilemna unfolds in MMA. Hell, even my wife likes to watch UFC, if that tells you anything about how wide-appealing it is. There is a lot of trash-talk between competitors in MMA, but in the end, there is a great amount of respect between them all, and it is apparent. Good sportsmanship goes a long way with an audience. Biting someone's ear off makes headlines, but destroys a career.

As if Tyson didn't have a hundred other ways of throwing his career down the toilet by that time.
