Now after giving it some thought, this is a double edged thing.
Specially for honest sellers (like myself), that could have just one arse buyer that goes on a rampage.
I've got plenty of references not just on eBay but at almost every forum I have ever joined, so I would not worry to much about it. (heck at this site and AVS I have sold at least 10K)
But I could see an honest seller that only has a few sales under his/her belt get screwed by this conduct.

Don't get me wrong, I think in this situation it was deserved (specially from a dumb girl that posted all her info, heck the info a buyer can get from eBay alone is usually good info = address, name, number, etc.. I can get this from any buyer or seller from my account that I have dealt with), but where to draw a line....

Anyhow, make sure you read up to at least page #7 in the thread (of the Subaru forum), this is where a butttload of pics start pouring in (of the girl and boyfriend, his sister, etc.. before she deleted her Myspace page and removed her pictures)
Mentioned here (and many other places on the web) - http://www.theinquirer.net/gb/inquirer/news/2007/12/03/boy-racers-catch-dumb-blonde
But here is the forum - http://bbs.scoobynet.com/non-scooby-related-4/650319-ebay-scumbag.html

I will say one thing for the car fellows, they are relentless.:p

Quote from first link...
While many people would have thought that Hightee H. Butzlaff was a joke name, the buyer had managed to get some of her personal details including her phone number, and address.

He handed over the details to the group who promply had a field day with it.

The denizens of Scoobynet did as much searching as they could on the woman. They found pictures of her in her underwear, hobbies, religion.

Apparently, Hightee started to feel a bit less cocky and offered to remove the pictures if she refunded the money.
Funny but real name.. Hope none of you fellows know her... (although, I would not mind)..:p

Google a guy named Charlie Wenzel. He tried scamming a guy on Pirate4x4.com and lets say it didn't turn out that great for him.

Thanks for that 6 hour sidetrip into a 2 year old thread. Yes, I read every post on all 73 pages. It's like watching the fat stripper dance, pointless but you can't look away.
