Help With Bi-amping Denon Avr-5803

I Am New To This Forum So Bear With Me.I Noticed An Article About Bi-amping The Denon 5803.when I Go Into Setup To Balance The Output Of The 2 Surround Channels There Is No Sound.i Am Probally Doing Something dumb But I Have Not Found It Yet.help,thanks
