I have been looking for a website theat just has specifications for subwoofers but have been unable to locate on for the life of me any suggestions?

What do you mean "specifications"? Most manufacturers have the specifications listed on their websites. If you are looking for bench tests those are indeed hard to come by, some audio/video magazines include bench tests with their reviews of subwoofers.

www.avtalk.co.uk has outdoor subwoofer tests on the more popular subwoofers. This is a good place to find real subwoofer specifications.

Unfortunately, they only have a handful of subs tested.
