Blurry?

I just finished setting up my brand new Sony KDLXBR4 46" LCD TV with my new Sony Blu Ray and the new Direct TV HD

It seems as though when I am watching channels that are not in HD they appear to be blurry.

Of course the HD channels are amazing.

Anything I can do to compensate for this.

Not much; SD just doesnt look good on a good TV compared to HD.
