Most Labor Day sales for are for chicks. What guys want is more power. And Emotiva is giving you just the excuse to invest in some. For a limited time (Saturday, Sunday & Monday, September 1-3), Emotiva is offering 10% off all items (MPS-1 excluded) with a flat shipping rate (just $25). The DMR-1 will actually be shipped for free if you order within the sale period. Audioholics has already found Emotiva gear to far surpass their price points and this sale should be just the push you fence sitters need. Don't miss out!

So I ordered mine 3 days too early to get the deal? I am not certain I am happy about that.

The guys and gals over at Emotiva are great. I'm sure they would have taken care of you if you ordered one of the sale items. But since it's an MPS-1, it's not an issue. That's a great piece of equipment, good luck with it. 115 lbs; the UPS guy will be cursing you for that one!

Dang you Emotiva! I was waiting for a special to get the LPA-1 but I'm picking up a new bike tomorrow, talk about bad timing.

Do bikes and amps not get along? Come on, Matt. $475 for such a sweet piece of equipment...you know that you want to. :D

I'll bet that they'll have another special soon enough, though. Their monthly specials seem to be better deals, so maybe they'll put the LPA-1 up for one of those.

 WHHHAATTTTT!!! Why?

I was going to get the MPS-1 with 2 channels and steadily add amps till I got 7, but I don't see that option any more. I guess no MPS-1 for me :(, for now :D.

I know I want it but the wife says I don't need it and I'm not about to press my luck right now after bringing home a brand new Gixxer 600.;)

I am uncertain what you are saying here. You can get the MPS-1 and add whatever you want, heck you can even buy the chassis alone for 303 bucks and play like you have an amp. The option is still there just no discount.

Maybe I'm just not looking in the right place. I will give the website another look. Thanks for the confirmation.

As far as I know, you need to contact them directly to get a custom configuration on the MPS-1. I'd say just give them a call. I've always found them to be really nice people.

If I recall the MPS-1 breakdown is not listed on the site, but if you contact them directly they will give you prices etc...
