I will make an official announcement of this tomorrow. Epson will be demoing their brand new 1080p Projectors in all 4 of our Demo rooms. They will also be sending their resident expert to professionally calibrate each unit. Now you can look forward to state of the art video to match the high performance audio in each demo room!

CE State of The Union Registration Info

Hello Everyone.

Just a note to summarize the schedule of event for October 5th-8th.

October 5th is Early Registration (Appetizer and Happy Hour ) 4-7 pm.

October 6th Registration 8-9 am. Continental Breakfast at 8:30 am. Demos and Educational Seminars Following. Appetizers and silent auction begin at 6 pm. Dinner starts at 7:30 and following with the party, belly dancers and announcement of winners for both the silent auction and door prizes.

October 7th -8th: ISF Classess.

Hope this helps coordinate the event planning and registration.

I had a quick question about the auctions... Will there be minimum bids? I didn't know if these were products that were being donated and then we can get a good deal on them while the proceeds were donated or if the auctions will be above the normal price and we'll just be directly donating the extra money? This will be a silent auction with min bids for each product. All of the proceeds will goto Habitat for Humanity so please be as generous as you can.

Hi Jim;

You don't need a tux. During the day for demos it will be quite casual (slacks + polo shirt). At the night function it will be business casual (pants & nice shirt).

This is just a reminder that registrations will be coming to a close on September 15th.
Note that if you find our secret code in these posts, you will be able to get a discounted rate, if you do a double registration ($75 per double, instead of $50/person).
