Polk Audio SW505 vs. SVS PB-10

if im not going to get higher priced subs...these two are the ones i narrowed down to...what do you guys think of them???which would you choose over.....and why????i know the SVS has a 10 inch driver but is rated at 300watts...while the Polk has a 12 inch driver rated also at 300 watts....
