Seriously, I have no life.
Silver is about 5% more conductive than Copper. The signal travels down the speaker wire at a speed about 70% of the speed of light. The difference between silver and copper is pretty much nil.
And, the insulation has a great deal to do with propagation velocity. :D

I must assume by the big grin that you are kidding.

First what you do is get a pair of B&W 703 speaker and get a pair of copper and Silver speaker cables...... then Do a Double Blind Test
No one to date has been able to pass a DBT for this condition as long as the gauges are comparable, no one. Your protocol must be flawed.

As to your second part, it doesn't deserve an response as you must still be in puberty.

About the velocity of propagation and the different insulation material?
Not if the books are correct. Insulation has DC of different values that affects V.

So let's assume the velocity of progration goes from .70C to .60C based on insulation material. Is that going to be audible? Not a chance.

No, that is not what I had posted about back to you.
Perhaps I misunderstood you what you posted then:

I just indicated that Vp could be more, or much less copper or silver, nothing about audibility:D
Of course that is not even on the horizon to consider audible, it is in the next galaxy;)

Ok, I didn't think you were turning to the dark side, but I had to be sure. :D

Ears....bad ears!!!!!!
Don't worry, you are not the first person to claim super hearing abilities. Now how about elevating those silver speaker wires off the floor 6" to REALLY improve the sound?

I think B&W700guy has COOL speaker wire...

Note to self: go buy some new speaker wire and quit using the same cheap wire you have been using for the past 12 years. There must be some point that they are just too old.
No...no no no...B&W GUY is cool and Greg is not.. now Greg don't hang your self with the 12 year old radio shack lamp cord! Well it is ok it will break before you get hurt;)

Hey...at least I went thru it. I though you conspirators say that in short sections of cable there is no difference between 10 gauge and 16....what give Daddy-O:(

You will never pass the Giggle Test.....cant we all get along..... can we Agree to Disagree :)

No, that is great, checking up. Who knows what can happen:D Who knows what illness can overcome one and be on the dark side. Thanks for keeping an eye out. :)

The velocity of propaganda....it is almost as fast as you can speak, but faster then you can type;)
Ask a serious question and receive a silly response. I thought I might learn something. Nothing here, moving along.

Conspirators? What conspiracy?

You have 16ga silver wire? Is audibly different? Really? When you can credibly demonstrate it, perhaps you may have something more than speculations.
