I am a massive Robert Rich fan. Seven Veils ranks among my top 5-10 CDs of all time, by any artist (and is the most well-recorded CD I have ever heard, period. The soundstage and imaging, wow!) Propagation and Gaudi are also right up there.
One has to choose carefully, though. A few of his pieces lack the driving rythms that power Seven Veils, and are ambient to the point of being boring.
He has also done some great collaborations with Steve Roach, whose stuff is also fantastic (though with the same type of exceptions.)

Totally agree: huge soundstage and imaging indeed!!!
