I am about to pull the trigger and order a few of each model for the store I run.

My customer base is primarily on the lower end of things. I intend to try the 917 out at home to see how it measures up.

The 917 is the only model that offers something the others don't, but cuts corners elsewhere because, well I don't know why, but it is dissapointing.

I hope the 1017 has HDMI 1.3 with processing, but I bet they skimp on something, as it seems they have done with pretty much the entire line.
