Is it possible for my reciever remote to control the TV as well?

I admit that I didn't read the manual but in general the remotes that come with any non-TV component are very limited in their ability to control a TV. TVs have way too many functions.

At best they might be preprogrammed to control on/off, channel, and volume/mute.

That's basically all I ever do with the TV anyways so that would be perfect.

If the manual lists codes for Sony TVs you have nothing to lose by trying them out. I'd bet there are at least a dozen setup codes listed though as Sony is one manufacturer that is not consistent from model year to model year with their remote codes.

Good Job, Kyle.
Your rig looks great.
The sense of satisfaction when you figure out an A/V problem with your system is one of life's little perks!
