What a stupid b****! I have never seen such a stupid person. She smiled the entire time even after she was fined $5000 she was still smiling. I can't tell you how much I wanted to go back in time, jump through the screen and just laugh in that stupid lady's face. I would be laughing so hard that I would half to knock her over because I would want to be laughing right in her face while I was ROTFLMAO.

I get angry watching her, and I don't very often because she makes her mind up too fast and on one case, I think she didn't understand what the defendant was trying to say, and she ragged on him big time. But as far as this stupid scammer goes, Judy did a great job. She isn't going to be smiling when the IRS and Feds bust her for tax evasion and probably mail fraud too. T

I haven't been burned yet buying on ebay, and almost everything was exactly as it was described, and the one time it wasn't, it was for a 12 buck item, and his english was horrible, and it DID work, just not the way he said it would. I have bought 5 hanguns from gun auctions, and all have been great, exactly as described, and shoot flawlessly. I got one for about half what similar ones went for a couple months later, and another one for about 35% less than the going price. On ebay, I've gotten a couple spectactular deals due to the sellers misspelling the name of the item, too. Wessen instead of Wesson isn't going to get you a lot of bids when it comes to gun parts, LOL.

I bet the idiot baby machine will boo-hoo it up big time when she gets sentenced to state or federal prison. Maybe it will teach her a lesson, maybe not.

One word: chutzpah

Yeah, JJ does sometimes jump the gun and has her mind made up before the plaintiff or defendant even says one word, but in this case I don't blame her one bit.

But, she did screw this scammer big time.

1) While the plaintiff may never see that $5,000, by having that judgment against her (and her family), their credit rating is totally kerfutzed. Forget about ever buying another house.

2) I have no doubt she'll involve the IRS on this and, since it appears her husband is self-employed, they can make his lifer real miserable. Trust me on this.

3) Dunno if it was JJ's doing, but by having the Attorney General involved certainly won't make her life any easier.

Actually. it's this this scammer's hubris that screwed her.

When JJ hits it, she hits is square.

From what I understand, the producers pay out any judgements made on the show, so the defendant won't pay directly. IMO, the biggest threat to the defendant if the AG lays charges will be federal charges of fraud across state lines and mail fraud if she used USPS. The dollar amounts amount to a number of small frauds that likely wouldn't warrant probation, never mind jail time.

Nice, I'm glad to see it. I almost bought a picture of something off eBay once. In the middle of the description it said, "this is for a picture only." what a scumbag.

The other common one is for a list. You see an ad for something then the description is of it and in fine print it says they will email you a link to a wholesale list where you can buy the item cheap.

This is what's wrong with eBay, too much BS.
