Yabbut, how can that be if it was all the Republicans' fault while Biden was in office?

This is one of the main reasons I want some major changes in the system.
Sounds like deflection. There's been something like a downward trajectory in the stock market of 1300 pts since Trump took over recently. You control all three branches, so you get to take the responsibility. If you lose seats, that's how she goes.

Now we get to take responsibility for hiding Joe's dementia, the border, Mexican fentanyl, inflation etc. We got our asses handed to us in November.

But again you control everything now, and if you lose seats well that's life. You don't get to make excuses cause you own all the branches.

The LA Fundraiser dude. The one where Biden full on had that blank stare and was led off stage by Obama. When I pointed it out and stuck to my guns. Was told everything from I couldn't believe my lying eyes to I'm a MAGA republican.

And the entirety of the DNC establishment lied about Biden competency. Pot meet Kettle. Then they tried running a candidate with only ~90 days left to go?

I personally can't put Trumps win solely at the feet of 'lying Republicans'. There are some 'lying dems's' that had something to do with it also.
Yeah but drumphy wasn't knocked for his advanced dotage as he was also exhibiting. I'm just laying blame on the republicans for the particular POS drumphy is, not the failings of the democratic party. To a sane person drumphy was not a better alternative.

So, Harris lost, why? C'mon, say it with me- "she couldn't get enough votes to win". Trotting out Biden until it was too late to hold a primary? Screw the fact that nobody usually opposes a sitting POTUS, he was in no condition to serve the last term, never mind another.

BTW- polls show Democratic Party approval rating at record low-

The last election was a golden opportunity for the DNC to make a difference. They blew it. Remember what was said the last time Trump won- "Donald Trump was the only candidate who could lose to Hillary Clinton" and "Hillary Clinton was the only candidate who could lose to Donald Trump".

Neither party is worth a crap and Congress still needs to be retooled.
She's a black woman I suppose was what freaked out a lot of republicans? The democrats didn't do their best, but it was still a better alternative than drumphy. You I suppose are approving drumphy's insane dictator moves?

Funny headline last week on Drudge where Ingraham said regarding the downward curve. Just ignore it. Magic. Problem solved. :p

Why would he want to create a wall between the two countries?
From the NYT today, Trump really does believe tariffs are a silver bullet:

>>>President Trump’s approach to tariffs has unsettled many corporate leaders who believed he would use the levies as a negotiating tool. As it turns out, he sees them as an end in themselves. . . .

For corporate America, including some major donors, the shock of Mr. Trump’s second term is that it turns out he really does believe the thing he’s been saying publicly for 40 years: Foreign countries are ripping America off, and tariffs are a silver bullet for America’s problems. When he says that “tariff” is the most beautiful word in the dictionary, he means it.

To Mr. Trump, tariffs are not merely a negotiating tool. He believes they will make America rich again. And they combine two of his favorite features of the presidency: They are a unilateral power that he can turn on or off on a whim, and they create a begging economy, forcing powerful people to come before him to plead for mercy.<<< (emphasis added)

This is just my best guess, but it seems that Trump has an antiquated view of economic issues based on his experience as a real estate developer. He seems to be clueless about how modern economies operate.

The Dunning-Kruger effect is probably invoked too often, but sometimes it just fits.

>>>The Dunning–Kruger effect is defined as the tendency of people with low ability in a specific area to give overly positive assessments of this ability. . . . Some researchers include a metacognitive component in their definition. In this view, the Dunning–Kruger effect is the thesis that those who are incompetent in a given area tend to be ignorant of their incompetence, i.e., they lack the metacognitive ability to become aware of their incompetence.<<<

Basically the MAGA sentiments were always in you though. The escalation etc. Trump's abrasive tone. Which reminds me. My arch enemy here. After I pointed out his primary reason for voting for Trump (to see heads explode), that was the last time he came here hehehe. Great tastes in attributes, Republican gangsters. ;)

To me it seems it comes down to his narcissism and the language he uses like "tremendous" to describe himself and though rather silly believes he knows a wide area of topics probably better than the experts. If he sees powerful leaders begging at his knees than he sees himself as a king more than as a president.

The language of his "salesman mode" is very reminiscent of audio snake oil purveyors. Just a power drunk schmuck.

Over 4 months since the election and Left still can't accept the fact that they CONTINUE to be a ship at sea without a rudder...........

Time to get over your 'butt hurt' post election loss ! Luvin's posts continuing to blame Pubs at this point is but one example of how pathetic the Dems have become as well
The dry, abrasive tone. Cult of personality (ie cult of hate). The Archie Bunkerisms. The escalation and deplorableness. In that 2016-21 window. All the traits they loved. I can't speak for Lovin, but that might have something to do with it.

Another thing regarding Trumps first term, the rallies etc. I actually believe it was their "one shining moment" to be deplorable. Like that audio clip where the woman says, "We never had a president like this before!" Not because he's anti-establishment, but because he's deplorable LOL.

Yes your party. If in the current Trump recession you're going on about Biden well yeah you're a Republican.
That's bullshyte- connecting negativity about Biden absolutely DOES NOT mean someone is a Republican, they could be independent or a Democrat- it's perfectly OK to be critical of your own party. Look at all of the TDS throughout Biden's presidency- there's no difference.

I don't control a f&cking thing and it's YOU who constantly attach those of us who have told you many times that we AREN'T members of a particular party. Not being a Democrat doesn't mean someone has to be Republican- you need to understand that- it's not 'either/or'.

She's not 100% Black, nor is Obama, but that's how they identified, for political gain. Are you actually saying that her being Black scared off White people? Remember, if Whites had avoided voting for Obama, he wouldn't have stood a chance.

Hell, no- I don't approve of anyone who does this stuff but it's early into the term and he'll have plenty of time to bury himself.

I don't listen to your words as much as your pattern. All of them are right of center. If you say 'yabbut what about blaming.Republicans during Bidens term?' That's a pretty strong indicator you're a Republican, or right of center. Cause your defending Republicans LOL.

For example, I routinely trash the Republicans. Therefore I'm probably a Democrat, left of center, or at least anti-Republican LOL.

Where I stand depends on the issue and as far as "all of them...., no. I'm not defending Republicans as much as pointing out the fact that the Demcrats lost their damned minds about Trump and many refused to acknowledge Biden's deficiencies. Read the words and understand them- it's better than inferring.

The finger pointing is one of the worst aspects of what our government has become.
