Suggestions wanted for a dead quiet integrated amp

I'm sad to hear I am not alone with my PA-5 experience. Bummer. I've had a chance to read the In-8 V2 page a little more carefully, and they mention the coaxial midrange/tweeter produces good imaging. If the imaging is close to the Equator D5's (also coaxial) I'm listening to now, then I'm probably going to like them a lot.

Another thing I like about Kali is their 1 year warrantee and that they're in my time zone. Buying somewhat local is good.

This is probably my last update because the new set up is exactly what I was looking for: dead quiet audio for my computer system (an electrical noise storm). For years I've had trouble with copper wire connections between my PC and audio gear. At times I could hear my mouse move across the screen. No more.

Here's the set up: PC > optical cable > SMSL DO 100 Pro 2 dac > XLR cables > Kali IN-8 speakers. No pops, buzzes, or clicks (PC boot up or anytime). Classical guitar is clear and bright in the quiet passages, and the electronic beats are powerful and punchy. The Kali speakers have great imaging.

PCs don't always make for a good basis for a system....the optical connection can help, tho.

Active speakers were a really good solution if your only source is a computer.
