It looks like Ukraine has now used Storm Shadow missiles to hit targets in Russia.

>>>Ukraine has launched British-French-made Storm Shadow missiles at targets inside Russia for the first time on Wednesday, according to a Russian military blog and Reuters, a day after Ukraine fired US-made ATACMS missiles into Russia.

Ukraine’s use of the United Kingdom-supplied missiles to hit Russian territory was confirmed to Reuters by an official on condition of anonymity. British media also reported the use of the Storm Shadow missiles on Wednesday, citing sources.<<<

Seriously, I have no life.
US and other EU countries close embassies in Kiev, warn of major attack.

Russia prepping RS-26 ICBM’s along with amassing TU-95’s and TU-160’s.

Not spreading panic but things are about to get out of hand. We should all be praying for world leaders to take a couple steps back.
Will see how many F-16s will be launched.

Like Abraham Lincoln said, "don't believe everything you read on the internet."

Great idea. They may have a bunch sitting around.
The US will be sending mines, which are called 'non-persistent' in the article below- battery powered, they become inert when the batteries die. It also indicates that they can self-detonate in four hours to two weeks. The US has been sending anti-tank mines since the beginning.

Many people are not aware, but it is standard for nuclear powers to notify each other just prior to a ballistic missile launch. I wonder if this was done yesterday by Russia to the other nuclear powers. My guess is it probably was.

Luckily the RS-26 was a test program that was mothballed over a decade ago and missiles were never put into full production. If they didn’t use all the missiles they don’t have many left.

Here's a video (purportedly) of the "ICBM" missile strike on Dnipro (there seems to be some question about whether or not it was actually an ICBM or a shorter range ballistic missile).

The warheads do not appear to have detonated as noted in the comment at the website:

>>>It's worth noting that the multiple independently targetable reentry vehicles (MIRV) are not seen detonating on impact, leading many to speculate that the munitions delivered were actually inert. The reason Russia would choose to use inert munitions instead of arming the ICBM with non-nuclear tactical munitions is to send a clear message to not only Ukraine, but NATO and the rest of the world as well.<<<

I had wondered if they might be nukes that were duds, but it seems like there would be reports of nuclear radiation by now if that were the case.

Ukraine as asked for a U.S. THAAD system, but it seems unlikely the U.S. would agree to supply Ukraine with one (the U.S. has very few of these systems, and the radar would probably "see" far into Russian airspace, which would probably further inflame the situation)(just my best guess, of course).

FWIW, Israel has successfully intercepted at least three Iranian missiles in space:
