I used to watch him play against the Montreal Expos before he was involved in a gambling scandal. He was quite a good player.

Me as well. As a kid growing up just across the border, the Expos were the only major league home game I saw until college. Andre Dawson was someone I enjoyed watching as well.

He didn't need to drill Ray Fosse the way he did- it was the All Star game, FFS! I don't care that people call him Charlie Hustle, say he was intense, etc- there's no need to injure another player, especially for showing off.
