We are concerned our system is not performing at it's best.

Technics SL-7 turntable , Parasound P6 and Parasound A23 and two Martin Logan Electro Motion speakers.

Any thoughts on which part could be the weakest link.

Customer just wants to really enjoy his large vinyl collection.

Sound is weak or muffled

Upgrade TT Cartridge? Add a Sub or two? Have you compared your setup to another setup? Do you have a CD player or a Streaming device in your setup? TT Dynamics can't really Compare to CD disc.

The only goal was good vinyl at this time.

We have the same system in another building, carpeted room.

Do you have any experience with new Victrola (Sonos) turntable?

Make sure the phono switch on the P6 is set for the correct cartridge type. If it's an MC cart and he's got it set to MM, the gain will be far too low and playback will be quiet.

The Victrola is cheap belt-drive crap, I would avoid it.

Umm, yeah his TT came out back in 2012. That's why I suggested upgrading the cartridge, I like your recommendation better.

Do your amp and preamp cost double your speakers? Also, if you listen to other sourcesdefinitely a sub, if your set on the speakers.
