Marantz SR4014 Bluetooth won’t connect

Just moved into a new home and I don’t have internet yet so I was going to use my Marantz with Bluetooth but it won’t go into pairing mode by holding Bluetooth button for 3 seconds like the manual says. Anyone have any suggestions?

also have a Topping DX3PRO + and figured I’d use that but when I unpacked it it was stuck in dFU mode and I can’t get it out.

I just want some music damnit!

Did you try the other way to put it into pairing?
"You can also enter pairing mode by pressing the OPTION button when the Bluetooth playback screen is displayed and selecting “Pairing Mode” from the displayed option menu."

Perhaps running a full factory/microprocessor reset on the avr might be another alternative....and since you've moved that might be in order anyways.

I got it working, thank you! It sounds awful but furniture will be here in a few hours.
