i once ran across a pioneer sc model that cnet said it put out 1500w and i cant remember which sc model it was i now have a sc-87 it has 980w man its driving me crazy trying to remember

Is there a power requirement you're trying to meet as most people look at 2ch ratings not total power, which would never be used (and likely never be able to delivered all at once)?
