patio stereo system recomendations

Hi, just joined up, don't know much about todays stereo systems. ,this is what Im trying to do, I need to find a patio stereo system on a budget that can blast outside from 800 feet away. don't really need anything with much bass. but this needs to be on a budget, what system would you suggest?, it would be moved outside on rear deck when needed to use,then put back inside home,needs to have MP3 usb capability

800 feet away? Maybe a PA system suitable for a stadium? What's your budget and hopefully you have no neighbors for miles around?

actually. it's for my music blasting neighbors.. they blast me out from 800 feet away with their car stereos and their home stereos. after 8 yrs and no luck, want to try this ,last step before legal procedings. have 4 different neighbors have Dunn for brains. police do nothing,if I lived in the city, they would be fined, so, Im prepared to blast them out of their space with some sounds like,bass,fingernails scrapping a blackboard, download it, burn it to usb or CD and blast away. my budget is as less as possible, as I only need it to stop them from blasting me.

Be aware that your neighbors likely dropped a lot of money on their audio setup and are quite proud of it, no matter how much it bugs you. They aren't doing things on the cheap, so you aren't really going to find a ton of manufacturers that like to make cheap, but loud, but still cheap, products. If something sucks, it doesn't sell. If something is loud, and works halfway decently, it costs more. Can quickly cost a fair bit. My battery powered speaker was like 75 bucks, but it tends to sound pretty weak from 50-75 feet away.

You might want to check out used PA speakers on eBay and maybe consider a used commercial amplifier from Crown, or one of the many others, then add a unpowered PA speaker to it. You would have to add your own source, but those are cheap via Amazon.

I can't imagine really doing this with any power for under a few hundred bucks.

Frankly, I would look into noise ordinance laws in your area first and ensure your neighbors are breaking the law. The police simply can't enforce laws that don't exist. This is part of how these laws get on the books.

Buy a cheap car, remove the muffler(s). You know what you need to do.

Seriously, if you can hear them from 800', call the police and let them do their jobs, which is: enforce certain ordinances, like noise. They have regulations to follow and one is that if it can be heard easily from about 65', it needs to be turned down.

I hear bass from car stereos coming from 2 blocks away and I call every time. The bass can't be stopped and when it comes into a house without any windows or doors open from that distance, it needs to end.

If your local law enforcement won't help, contact someone higher up- make friends with the Police chief and invite them to your house when the noise is likely, so they can hear it for themselves.

I've always dreamed that Klipsch LaScalas connected to 600W McIntosh MC611s would be enormous fun for exactly this purpose, but way too expensive. Gotta watch the amps, they could smoke the speakers. It could damage your ears, too. NIOSH Recommended Exposure Limit for 105dB SPL is 4 minutes 43 seconds. LaScala maximum continuous 121dB SPL.
