You've been reading too many silly "audiophile" blogs or something. They'd have to be pretty defective to make a difference. Or do you have speakers with a normal set of binding posts and you want to add another set to provide silly passive bi-amping?

Same op said he has Focal Electra 926 but those clearly have dual binding posts.

Only if the binding posts are corroded, damaged or defective will they affect the sound.

But the Sopra 3s he was thinking about don't appear to have such (good for Focal to not include that stuff IMO).
