If I am copying pictures (as in copying & pasting the picture and not the address), can that picture disappear if they choose to delete it?

Not very specific but would think with copyrighted stuff it could well have issues...

I would think that the most that could be done is a cease and desist initially. At the most a court order to the hosting service to take administrative action.
