2 SVS SB-1000 Pro or 2 SVS-2000 for about the same money?

Hello gentlemen (and ladies),
I’m rounding out a small bedroom (11’ x 11’ - 8’ ceiling) do it all sound system. I’m extremely limited on space (placing the short floor standing speakers on top of the subwoofers) so I’m going to buy 2 SVS SB subs. With the current holiday pricing I can get 2 SB-1000 Pro or 2 SB-2000 (NON Pro) for about the same amount of money. Is the app control of the 1000 Pro of greater advantage than the superior performance of the 2000? Once it becomes available I’ll be getting a reciever with Dirac live so the app MAY become irrelevant but I’m not sure. Please let me know what your experiences are. THANKS!

I'd have to say go with the 2000s. I don't use the app with my 4000.

I’d buy the 2k’s as well. My use case doesn’t care about the app although it can be very handy.

Third vote for 2000s. App is nice but not necessary, imo.

Yeah if you can afford the better subs, do it. I assume if it weren't such a small room ported would be a consideration?

2000s for sure. Just a more capable driver all around.

I have the PB-2000 Pro and I love the app but I'm constantly turning the sub up and down depending on the time of day. The sub itself is excellent. So I'd go that route even though no app feature of it's not an issue to make changes on the back of the sub.
