Need a little help

Over the years I have bought a hodgepodge of audio gear and need to decide what to use and what to part ways with. The list 2 Denon AVR 3805. Samsun QRX 4500. Maranta 140 amp. Hafler 220 amp. Speakers. Polk Sda 2. Pair. Polk monitor no 7 pain Dahlquist-827/11 pair. Center. No cl505. Speackercraft monster one Dynaaudio audience 42c Bose 401 last two are 4 ohm Pioneer so fs52 Have a bit more but this is what I narrowed it down to. Being that I hook up stero gear about as well as uncle joe runs this country, so I need help. If someone can go to some trouble and post what I should connect to what. The in on what to the out on what( . My problem is I am a bit dyslexic when it comes to combinations of two, up down, left right. I can play golf with my bud and keep our score in my head without writing anything down but when I leave the course it’s a coin flip on if I turn my key the correct way to unlock my car that I have had for ten years. Also it’s for a 1 bed guest house with a 15 by 15 living room. 13 by 13 bedroom. Listen to music very loud. If I am outside I open the windows. House is on 3 acres so being to loud is a non issue. Metal, Punk and Instrumental. Thanks

Do you plan to connect a TV to your system?
What are you using as an audio source for all of your gear? CD player? Streaming? What are you using for streaming?

You have receivers and speakers which certainly do fine and will make a lot of noise. You don't seem to have any subwoofers in the setup, which will greatly impact things and is something I wouldn't go without.

Is your desire to setup two completely separate systems? One for the living room and one for the bedroom?

How close are the two spaces? Are you putting equipment in both rooms, or just in one room, then wiring speakers to another room? Or just cranking things up in one room and hearing it everywhere in the house?
