I ended up getting a denon 3700 receiver to replace my 20 yr old BK. I also have the New Onkyo rz50 on pre order that i may use when i compare the 2..

anyways my question is, I have the REW software setup along with the umik mic.. I have all 3 subwoofers i think placed in the best areas for response... I then went into audyssey software and ran that... My problem is the 3700 has 2 independent sub ports but i have 3 subs. I have one line using a Y adapter to connect the 3rd but when running Audyssey i am assuming it wont be accurate.. Since when its playing tones on say SUb 1... its really hearing tones from 2 subs since they are on a Y adapter... When i finished with Audyssey it really brought up the frequencies from 10-60 hertz then like dropped to where i couldnt even hear some of the bass in those ranges.

So in short. what is the best way to calibrate 3 subs using Audyssey with a receiver with 2 Sub outs.

Thanks so much

Todd

I have a similar setup with 2 subs up front and one behind me. I put the 2 up front on the same output since they're just about the same distance from mlp.

So i got 2 in back and one up front.. I ran measurements with the second one up front but didnt get really good reads on it compared to in back... all 3 subs they are all at different lengths from main listening position or i would just connect the 2 that had equal distance.

That does look pretty good! Your vertical scale is a little broad tho, and that can hide some stuff. I usually set my vertical from 95 dB to 45 db, like this.

i did some googling and i think i see what you are saying.. I can go into the one option on rew and change the scale... I guess i was using whatever it defaulted to or whoever i copied watching youtube videos.

On the graph tab select limits. Set vertical to
45-105. Basically you want a 60db window.
