Best movie to push your sound system

So what do you think is the best movie to push a Atmos system with 2 subs (basically what I have). I have decent gear ( 2 Elac towers up front, elac center, 2 Sony tower rears and Sonance Ceiling speakers with a 12” Klipsch sub and 12” BIC America sub.

I recently bought Oblivion based on a recommendation from someone but wanted to find out what people here think.

Should give you all that's needed to drive.your system. The airfield scene with the flyover oughta light it up.

I love the Atmos sound on Ready Player One.

I think the first Pacific Rim movie is fun.

I will always recommend anything with helicopters when it comes to Atmos too. :)

@AcuDefTechGuy has a big list of movies he recommends in Atmos and DTSX.

Yes, listed them in my signature (Spoiler: Atmos/DTS). :D

I would also recommend RP1. Especially about the first 15 minutes. If your system can play that back at -10mv,(or higher) then it’s a badass system. But reading your gear list I would recommend starting at -20 and working your way up. It’s a very loud and dynamic track that will test your systems limits.
The whole battle scene in Hacksaw ridge is very good too but again be careful. There are some single digit bass bits in there. The Meg, and aqua man are good too.
Just quick off the top of my head. Lots of others.

I thought Godzilla vs Kong had some great sound and lots of bass, but dunno about atmos since I'm not set up for it.

Batman VS Superman has some great dynamics too. Can’t remember if it’s Atmos or not, but once you get into it, it doesn’t matter. Not to mention DSU and DTSnx upmix very nicely.

Fury is another good one.
Hurricane heist(not Atmos) John Wick movies are fun.

MCU titles are usually really well done, but seem to be mixed lower so you need a little more MV. Also, for some reason they are usually neutered below 30hz.

If you have Netflix, they have 4K Atmos specific movies.

I don't have Atmos but would think Blade Runner 2049 would be a good soundtrack test.

Oh yeah this too!

The original blade runner got a new Atmos track too.
I was just wondering about the original...hopefully that redo of Bladerunner soundtrack was with The Final Cut version? I was a bit disappointed I got plain ol' DD with the bluray of that.

Cheesey... but the GI Joe movies were fun for pushing the system a bit.
Also, the Godzilla animated trilogy. Especially the ultimate battle in 3. (If you have a week link, this may break it!)
Tomb Raider (the newer one) was pretty solid too.
Force Awakens has some good low end.

Live, Die, Repeat. That movie is a really good one audio wise. Dredd was one of the first true 11.2 films and it sounds pretty amazing too. Mad Max Fury Road.

Not necessarily the whole film, but master and commander, chapter four will give it a work out. Use the dvd though, not the BD. Although the filtered soundtrack on the BD version might be safer for the Klipsch and BIC subs.
