I meant actual service capability, not just warranty. Emotiva is limited in this regard.
One of the binding posts came loose on my XPA-3. They actually sent me a new one sight unseen and I just had to ship the defective one back.

That's a relatively easy fix, tho....what if an amp module fails? They've shown they can't always repair such....
