So I have 4 of these Magnum 12 woofers seen here:

Tuned @ 45hz do these Magnum 12 woofers go good with a TC Sounds LMS-R Ultra 5400 subwoofer tuned @ 20hz for home theater? Should I only run the 18" @ 45hz and below? Or leave it at 80hz? And should the 12" be run up to 120hz or somewhere near 150hz?

The Magnum 12" would be best as a mid-bass driver in a three-way speaker. If you are trying to use it as a subwoofer along with a TC Sound LMS system, I think that could be a problem if you aren't very careful. These are very different subwoofers. Personally, I wouldn't try to mix subs with such different capabilities. A two-way subwoofer system is not unheard of but it is not easy to implement. Do a google search on how to integrate mid-bass modules.

I have a mini dsp and am finishing up my new enclosures for the Magnum 12 woofers now, tuned @ 45hz.

I finished the enclosures and theyre tuned @ 45hz. I have them at 150hz for the top end on my mini dsp. They actually sound really good with the 18" TC Sounds LMS-R set at 20hz to 80hz. A lot more chest slam thats for sure! I have 1 under each 1099 and 2 directly behind my MLP.

I am going to boost 90hz at .5 Q +3db and see if gunshots kick in the chest more. Anyone want to suggest a different frequency for gunshots and is 3db enough do you think?

I wouldn't do that unless all you listen to is gunshot noises. I would keep it flat. You can alter the response to give some gunshot sounds more punch (and not all gunshots since they cover a wide spectrum of frequencies), but it would make other things sound 'off.' A flat response should give enough punch to anything that was intended to have punch.
