Need sub woofer to my x1500h AVR

Hello,
I recently purchased x1500h denon . And need a good sub woofer ...
I watch movies in 5.1 track . And I'm the one who likes punchy bass.
Is JBL do the trick ?

JBL maybe, but which model? What's your budget? Room details? We usually point people at the sub specialists like SVS, Hsu Research, Power Sound Audio, Rythmik, Monolith and some others....

Many of those suggestions are just for the US, from what I've seen of posts from India your selection of subs is going to be quite limited. SVS perhaps, don't think the others are marketed there. You'll probably get more offerings from the larger speaker companies...but you'll have to tell us what's available to you generally. 10-14k USD?
