Denon is stuck in internet radio

It's always something. this denon 6500h replaced my 20 yr old yamaha.
Very hard to opperate.
this time it is stuck in "internet radio".
Can't switch to cable tv.Won't power off $2500 door stop.
It will do everything but not all the time or easily. tired and frustrated.

Did you do a factory reset? That often will fix issues like yours.

Sometimes even a soft reset. How was it stuck? On the panel knob, just the remote or the app? Or all three?

If using the remote, make sure that you aren't accidentally on one of the other zones.

I wonder if he took any above suggestion and unit came back to life? Maybe still within factory warranty?

This! Make sure it's on the main zone and also that it is set for the receiver. My Denon remote has slider switches on the bottom and if one accidentally moves over than it changes to controlling other gear and ignores the AVR. Have to keep both sliders to the left (in my case). The display on Denon should give some indication of what's going on.
