How is V2K - Voice to skull done?

I have always been fascinated by sound or the generally usual application of it. You see, I occasionally search for peculiar experiments and recently discovered the phenomenon of V2K - Voice to skull.

Definition of V2K - Voice to Skull:

A silent sound device which can transmit sound into the skull of person or animals. NOTE: The sound modulation may be voice or audio subliminal messages. One application of V2K is use as an electronic scarecrow to frighten birds in the vicinity of airports.

Overall you cannot hear the sound but your brain can still interpret the words. Some have claimed this is done via high or lower frequencies or microwaves. This can travel through brick walls or metal.

One article even claimed an local was performing this experiment against them, which caused forced speech. E.g Forcing them to listen to an song.

So I started to wonder, how could this actually be done? Sending silent sound, where you cannot quite hear it and has the ability to travel through walls still? Surely it cannot be an standard speaker?

I wondered what equipment or method did they say to perform this?

They are a very faint sound, therefore a person interprets them as their own thoughts. Since they are a very faint sound, only those things that are know to a person can be manipulated. Put it simply they won’t be able to teach you Chinese. An example of this is that if a person says a sentence very slowly and close to your ears, then you will only understand it if you know it or parts of it, otherwise your interpretation of what’s being said would be different as compared to what was actually said

SUSCEPTIBLE TO HYPNOSIS - “…In actual fact, a suitably modified amateur radio transmitter operating in either the 420 to 450 megahertz band or the 1.3 gigahertz band, with a highly directional antenna, is capable of transmitting voice to skull signals at less cost than the price of an automobile. In addition to simply driving a target crazy, voice to skull can cause far more severe damage to a targeted person if instead of audible voice, one of several types of SUBLIMINAL voice is transmitted instead.

Since 2015 I have had the Federal Government of the United States of America using their Voice to Skull Technology on myself, my friends, my coworkers and my family members.
The extensive research that I have done is astounding. I have most all the patents on their "fake god machines". I have even been so smart to piss these people off to show up where I was at in 2017 at a 711.
They do use psychics to run their machines as well as their lovely astral projectors. I have been raped, sexually assaulted, lost numerous jobs, seen my family's bank account dwindle (as well as mine) all for a case they are working on in Sacramento California against Trigga Mob (formerly from Louisiana), The Sacramento Maniacs, RWG (prison gang) and any other lower level drugs dealer (or not such as myself).
I was an avid drug user and alcoholic. So these Astral Projectors can literally AP into an unknown target and puppet them to do whatever they want that person to do especially if that target is under the influence or any mind alternating substance. I entered a all women's clean and sober living home in Arizona to get clean. During that time, I had about 2 weeks of not hearing voices before these idiots started their sad attempt to torture me (U.S. Chapter 18 section 2340).
I have had images and thoughts implanted into my head from their astral projectors and whatever else technology these schmucks use. Never had any trips to the psych ward before this or any suicide attempts. I now have 2 psychics trips and 2 suicide attempts since 2015-2016.
Since this has been going on I have been keeping very well documents of their illegal activities. All day long I have these fucking schmuck psychics astral project (which I can feel and now see since I have never AP, but if you have one in your body you can see other astral projectors) into my body as well as deal with all of their coworkers harass me mentally since 2015 plus some. These bootleg cops have been casing me well before 2015.
They have made me die multiple times as well just to prove their sad worth to the FBI, Sacramento Safe Streets Team and the local police departments. Since I am very smart, I found one of the cases they worked on in the area before the full "attack happened".
