Looking for an explanation.
watching my Samsung UN65NU800D this morning and I grab the tv remote, press the info button. One of the options is Home Theater, I press the HT button and the menu for the Denon 4500 pops on screeen and reads: Source
![Big Grin :D :D](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
VD, Input:HDMI, Sound
![Big Grin :D :D](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
olby Audio.
the screen then shows the Denon logo. I take the Denon remote and select cable tv. It is hands down the best picture and sound we have had for Directv. premium channels default to letterbox and playing at 4K.
is it possible that when I selected HT on the tv remote, the tv sent the signal to the Denon, and the Denon decided that the best picture and sound combo would be to use the DVD to process the picture and sound?
Thanks.
