Volume issues with S.M.S.L SA300 Receiver

I may have posted this in the wrong area, so I'm cross-posting. I have an SA300 connected to two Polk bookcase speakers (via Bluetooth) There's no volume below 35. Can't figure out why.

Have you tried a simple soft reset (unplug your integrated amp for a bit)? Does the amp have a factory/microprocessor reset described in its manual? What Polk speakers can you connect via bluetooth?

The amp is what's connected to Bluetooth. And can try a reset of the amp. Thanks.
