Audyessy app unable to detect 2nd sub??

Just got a second SVS SB1000 to finally enter the world of dualies and unfortunately Audyessy app is having issues detecting my 2nd sub.
My issue is when using the Audyessy app, my 2nd sub produces no test tone, oddly enough running Audyessy through the receiver worked flawlessly but then of course I dont get to use any of the benefits of the app features.

AVR - Denon-X3500H - with up to date firmware
Subs - 2 SVS-SB1000s - 1 connected via SVS sub cable, the 2nd connected with a monster sub cable
Audyessy app is being ran off a Lenovo m8 tablet.

Things I've already done...
Hard factory microprocessor reset of my AVR
Network reset on my AVR
Swapping of cables
Switching of subs
Running subs always on
Gain matched my subs
Double and triple checked my Phase and crossovers on the sub are set properly
Even tried bumping the sub crossover in the AVR menu up to 200Hz... as I read in another forum that, that had helped someone with a similar issue but didnt work in my case.

Things ive yet to try but am considering trying next.
Using a different Audyessy mic - dont think this is the issue since again audyessy setup through my avr worked flawless so cant imagine the mic is faulty
Y-split sub 1 ch and see what happens ( gonna have to dig through my cable drawer and see if I even have a ysplitter kicking around to do this test, but fairly sure my monster sub cable came with one just gotta dig it out)

Everything seems to work perfectly fine except when it comes to running the Audyessy app then suddenly my 2nd sub no longer is detected by Audyessy like it just stays on the 2nd sub test tone section and is unable to produce any test tones... doesnt seem to be a pre-out issue since again, Audyessy had zero troubles detecting my 2nd sub and completing the sound sweep setup when ran through the AVR setup, and playback of movies, music, tv seems fine/proper meaning that neither sub is cutting out or losing signal during playback of various sources, this issue only happens for me when attempting to run the Audyessy setup app.

As you can imagine this is extremely frustrating as I've tried everything I could think with no results and everything appears to work fine except when it comes to the app setup.

At this point I figure my only solution is to run a y-spliter to the sub 1 ch and hope that Audyessy app is then able to detect the 2nd sub at that point... but then Ill be losing the separate sub ch trim levels within my AVR menu...
Since the preout and sub cables and subs all seem to work fine outside of the audyessy app, Im wondering if I could just run the audyessy app with sub channel 1 split and then afterwards remove the yspliter and reconnect the 2nd sub to its independent sub ch to get back the dual sub trim abilities without effecting the Audyessy Eq/still get the EQ settings through both subs (maybe unsplit it before sending the app eq settings to the avr and hope it sorts things out accordingly) but more then likely id assume by removing the spliter I'd essentially just end up voiding /cancelling out any eq that was done on the second sub... guess ill have to try it out and see what happens but it seems I may have to just live with it as a split sub ch... assuming that even works out.

If anyone has had this problem and found a solution, your help would be greatly appreciated as I couldnt find any useful solutions anywhere through my own online research of my issue, hence why im here starting my own post now.

I like HD’s idea. Uninstall, and reinstall the app. I use the app with iOS and it’s been flawless. If the reinstall doesn’t work I wonder about a different device? Not sure how that would work...

I have always found SVS customer service worth a call. They are incredible.

Yeah for sure vary helpful customer service, I may give them a call to see what they suggest but I dont think they'd be much help in this case, as I've already confirmed its not the sub itself since both subs work perfectly fine and are detected by Audyessy and the setup runs flawlessly through my AVR, my issue is solely when trying to run Audyessy setup through the app... I cant get past the 2nd sub testing stage as my sub fails to produce any test tones for the mic to receive when im running the app setup routine whether wired or over wifi...
but again, the strange part is that my receiver itself had no issues getting both subs to engage during the Audyessy setup and im able to run the subs fine with no issues as they are, but to utilize the app you must run the calibration from it before you can fine tune things and for whatever reason the app is failing when it comes to the test tones of my 2nd sub.

You seemed to have done all the steps with the avr, and all I could think of was the app itself....and there have been bugs with the app noted by others....

What, you're saying they know more than us when it comes to gear outside their CS parameters? That's a big maybe for me.....
If the problem is with the app, it’s their app...my strategy is save the heavy lifting to the big dogs on AH! ;)

I was taking his issues to not be with the SVS app but rather the Audyssey app....

Also unless he has the latest PB1000 it doesn't have the app anyways, right?

Im happy to report the problem is solved!!! cant say exactly what fixed it but heres the things I did since earlier when I made my OP.

1. fully charged my tablet i'm surprised this didnt occur to me sooner but once it did it was a no brainer I think it was at about 10% battery well I was trying to run Audyessy initially lol so def couldve accounted for some issues in the app not running properly.
2. uninstalled and reinstalled the app
3. deleted the two curves I had on the app from my previous setup before I installing my 2nd sub.
4. had a power protection limiter engaged on my tablet (i think it self tripped from leaving it on charge to long) made sure to turn that off before re trying audyessy app..

and to my amazement Audyessy ran without a hitch, was really getting doubtful of finding a solution thanks to all yas for the suggestions

^1&2 I think were the main solutions for future reference to anyone that has this same issue and stumbles across my post.

Haha this is the world we live in now apps for receivers, apps for speakers and subs, apps for room correction software... man these online discussions about various app software issues are only gonna get more and more confusing moving forward.
Also regarding your comment, I had to give myself a break, walk away and clear my head for a few hours before I developed a bald spot from scratching my head constantly and vary glad to have sorted things out upon my return.

Now time to go enjoy a movie.

You absolutely can't put too much energy in these things vs simply enjoying them.

I noticed a similar problem. I ended up simply using a splitter on the main sub out jack. Works just fine.
