The House GOP caucus gave Greene a standing ovation and refused to kick her off the committees. The current GOP is more like European far right extremist parties than a normal center right party.

I've noticed that several of the regular forum members that decries the Democratic "radical left" and "socialists" are silent about what currently goes on in the GOP. Is that because they support the GOP transformation from a center right party (albeit with some kooks) to a far right extremist party that endorses political violence?

I think it's much simpler: they hate the left more and will look the other way.
