He may... but it isn’t a conversation I would bring up. My suspicion is these will tip the scale now around $6500-7000 with a standard finish. The cabinet is a lot of labor and the most complex build in their shop.
For that much, you get a pair of Song 3 Encores with upgraded finish and call it good.
