I took new measurement's today.
feb 6 graph.jpg

The purple colored graph is with Audyssey/DEQ OFF while the orange one is with with Audyssey/DEQ ON. Both measurements were taken with the one SVS PB1000 sub connected to the miniDSP after EQ. No smoothing applied. Looks to me the blue colored one with no room correction ( Audyssey/DEQ OFF) is better? What do you think?

I think that's an odd change between DEQ on and off. The response should remain the same, just with some boost when DEQ is on. I did some sweeps just for the purpose of illustrating how DEQ affects fr.

Seems odd to me to see such a dramatic difference just toggling DEQ on and off.

I know...anyway I'll try and do it again just to be sure. By the way there was a dip at around 70hz but after turning the phase to 180 it's gone.

That’s exactly why the phase knob is so important. You could leave it and just add a couple feet to the sub distance and see what it does too. Phase distance and delay are functions of the same thing.
I agree with @Pogre about the differences in sweeps. Especially below 20hz. The pb1000 falls very quickly around that range so something is weird. Will say it looks pretty good though.
