Denon S700h vs Marantz Sr5010

I have an option between the two model in used market. I dont mind the price but I just want a clear, better and warm sound.

Any advice? Is SR5010 better in terms of sound? Thanks

The difference in audio would generally come from proprietary dsp/room eq functions. Otherwise sound quality would be more similar than different. I'd prefer the Marantz for its superior version of Audyssey (has MultEQ XT instead of just MultEQ), it has pre-outs for amp flexibility, and has a bit more powerful amp section.
