Thank you, Killdozzer!
You know, this morning as I was listening to some music, I thought of coming up with a list of recordings I always return to, for the performance, the experience, or both. Maybe I'll try doing that sometime and contribute to that thread. What a nice idea to go through what I listen toand share with others!

Good luck with your new purchases. I hope you have fun listening to these performances!!! :)
That's exactly it! You made me think of it when you said the "go to" recording. Feel free to share, I would greatly appreciate it.

Go to the Forums tab in the blue border, select an appropriate sub-forum, then in the middle/right part of the screen hit the "post thread" button....and start creatin'.....and welcome aboard!

Thats what I tried but it keeps prompting me I have spam-like content. There must be certain words or numbers you can't include I'm not sure.

Thank you!

Ah believe that's the response due to post limits, forget how many you have to make to start a thread....but there's a cheater thread somewhere......or used to be, can't find it.

@David Lai Oh man!!! Starting at 2:40 on your recording of:
04. Franz Schubert- Sonata in A Minor, D. 845 - Op. 42 - I. Moderato

Otherworldly! Music to my ears if you'll excuse the pun! :):)

Haha, I love it! Yes, it is in a rather distant key, and so I make a slight change to the timber by using the left pedal, the una corda.
