Integrated Amp or AVR With Dirac (or other high end room correction), Pre Outs, and Sub Out

I have a 2.1 setup I'm looking to eventually upgrade. I'll start selling some things and saving up. Currently I'm using a Denon AVR-X2600H and enjoy the Audyssey XT room correction for my living area space where acoustical treatment isn't possible and dimensions are weird.

I would like to have the potential to add more power. Denon is 95wpc, which is satisfactory at the moment, but I sometimes have to push it to get my Sierra 1s loud. It's adequate for now. I also didn't realize I needed separate pre out connections to add a separate stereo amplifier.

I do like having the video management of a receiver, but would be okay with integrated as well. I plan on getting a PS5 though, and understand there is no optical out, but there may be a splitter that could help?

I'm embracing room correction for my space and want to make sure I eventually upgrade wisely and "future proof" as much as possible.

Thank you for any suggestions.

I doubt your Sierra 1s will benefit from more power, they're just not spl monsters (I own them). You would need Denon X3xxx and above for pre-outs for external amps, tho. Integrated amps tend to cost a lot more for the same functionality as your Denon....

Thank you. That's good to know regarding power. Definitely aware of the extra cost regarding integrated. Perhaps I'm just better off upgrading the receiver at some point to have the flexibility of adding a separate stereo amplifier. I don't expect to achieve massive volume from the Sierras, but would like some more headroom at times. I was trying to come up with a way of utilizing Dirac down the line, but may prove difficult.
