Looking for advice on upgrading my Blu-ray player

Currently I'm using a Sony BDP-S3700 which I picked up used on Ebay for $30 a few years back. While it works perfectly fine, I would like to upgrade to a model that plays all regions and SACDs as well. My receiver is a Marantz SR8012, so I am going to stick with a Marantz, but which one?
I've been looking at several models.
The Marantz UD7007 is first on the list and the priciest. It's DAC is the PCM-1795. The Marantz UD7006 is second with the same DAC in the middle price range. The Marantz UD5007 is last with the PCM-1781 DAC and the least costly.
Now, here's my dilemma. Should I even worry about what DAC is in the player when I connect to the SR8012 using hdmi? The SR8012 owner's manual reads "the SR8012 features advanced reference-class 32-bit AKM D/A converters on all channels."
I'd like one of these models so I can play all of my existing CDs, DVDs and Blu-rays while being able to pick up some SACDs that I really like along with any video discs below 4k resolution.
All advice is welcome. Thanks in advance!

I think I passed on the 3700 back when I picked up a couple 5100s and a 6700 (was looking for units that did handle SACD even tho at the time I think I had one disc). All region I've not had a need for so no experience there. Oppo at one time was a good way to go for both, but probably fantastically expensive at this point. I think your 8012 would handle basic dsd files from a brief look at the manual. My Denon and Onkyo avrs handle dsd direct too.

The Marantz UD7007 is old tech. The internal DAC only works with analog RCA outs on this player and your receiver DAC is sufficient. I can't image paying more than $30 for any Blu-ray player that does not support 4K. In my opinion, you would do better with the UBP-X800M2 for SCAD. It was $198 two weeks ago and it's $218 at Crutchfield today or $200 at Best Buy:
