I have a Cambridge Audio 851a integrated amplifier, and thinking about buying new speakers. The speakers that have caught my eye are the Tekton Enzo Xl. These speakers appeal to me for many reasons, the 10 inch drivers, the design of the tweeter array, the ability to upgrade the center tweeter to a beryllium unit, the high sensitivity, and wanting to get a tube amp sometime in the future. These speakers seem to check a lot of boxes for me. Now to the question should I go with the four ohm or eight ohm model? I know the designer recommends four ohm, but can anybody think of any draw backs with my current amp? Thank you for all the replies

As your Cambridge Audio 851a is rated for 4 ohm I would go with the 4 ohm version.
